  • Our Story

    Chapter Clothing Co. started in college.

    Our founder saw the same thing over and over again. Chapters would spend weeks planning events, building hype, and designing apparel, only to end up with something that felt generic, low quality, or rushed. The process was frustrating, the options were limited, and the final product rarely lived up to the vision.

    There was a clear gap in the market. Greek apparel did not have to feel mass-produced or uninspired. It could be intentional. It could be premium. It could feel like something you would actually choose to wear outside of a chapter function.

    So we built something different.

    Instead of pulling from stock catalogs, we went directly to overseas manufacturers and developed the ability to create garments from scratch. We focused on fabric quality, fit, weight, construction, and full customization. We treated every order like a real product launch, not a quick print job.

    What started as a college idea has grown into a fully custom apparel company working with chapters nationwide.

    We keep it simple, intentional, and collaborative.

    First, we start with your vision. Whether you have a fully formed idea or just a general direction, we work with you to understand the event, the vibe, the budget, and what you want the final piece to feel like.

    Next, we design. We create custom mockups built specifically for your chapter. This is not clip art or templates. Every detail is considered, from placement and scale to fabric and finish.

    Once approved, we move into production. Your garments are manufactured from scratch, including fabric selection, dyeing, construction, and decoration. Because we control the process, we are able to focus on quality and consistency.

    Finally, we deliver. Your order arrives ready to distribute, built exactly for your chapter.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because every piece is fully custom made from scratch, production typically takes about 3–5 weeks from final design approval and payment. Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected.

If you’re working toward a specific event date, let us know early and we’ll do everything we can to align production accordingly.

What are the minimum order requirements?

Minimums vary depending on the garment and decoration method, but most custom pieces start at around 12–36 units. Because everything is made from scratch, minimums help ensure we can maintain quality and pricing.

What customization options are available?

Everything we make is fully custom. That means you are not choosing from a catalog. We build each piece from scratch.

You can customize the fabric, weight, fit, color, neckline, cuffs, trims, embroidery, printing method, labels, tags, and more. If you have a specific vision such as oversized and vintage washed, structured and tailored, or ultra soft and drapey, we can create it.

If you can describe it, we can usually build it.

How do I ensure my design is approved by nationals?

We handle that for you. Chapter Clothing Co is officially licensed with the organizations we work with, and we submit designs for approval directly through the proper channels before production begins.

You don’t need to manage the approval process yourself — we take care of it to make sure everything is compliant and cleared prior to manufacturing.

What if I don't see the item I want on the catalog?

That’s completely fine. Our catalog is just a starting point. Everything we make is fully custom, so if you do not see exactly what you are looking for, we can build it from scratch.
