    For Signature orders

    ▪ Tracking information is provided once your order leaves our facility

    ▪ Production timelines are based on your approved quote and proof

    ▪ Bulk chapter orders are typically shipped together unless otherwise arranged

    For Basic orders

    ▪ Orders enter production immediately after payment

    ▪ Tracking information is typically available within 24–48 hours

    ▪ Express shipping tracking is sent upon dispatch

    ▪ Delivery timelines depend on selected shipping speed at checkout

  • Returns & Exchanges

    We stand behind every piece we create.

    Because each item is fully custom and made specifically for your chapter, event, or organization, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, or order cancellations once production has begun.

    That said, we take quality seriously.

    Quality Guarantee

    • Every order undergoes multiple quality checks before shipping
    • Any manufacturing defect or error on our part will be corrected at no charge
    • We will replace or remake items that do not match the approved proof

    If something isn’t right, we will make it right.

    Custom Order Policy

    All garments are made-to-order with custom fabrics, fits, colors, and decoration methods. Because of this:

    • Returns for sizing issues are not accepted
    • Color variations may occur slightly due to screen displays and dye lots
    • Approved proofs are final — please review carefully before production

    Once artwork and sizing are approved and production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

    Reporting an Issue

    If you believe there is a defect or production error, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

    Include:

    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the issue
    • A brief description of the concern
