About Chapter Clothing Co.

Chapter Clothing Co. is a custom apparel brand specializing in Greek life and university apparel. All

products are made to order. We do not maintain pre-made inventory. Each item is individually

manufactured after an order is placed.

Production Timeline

Because every order is custom produced, customers should expect a production period of approximately

8-10 weeks before their order ships. These are estimates; actual production time may vary. Standard

estimated production timelines are as follows:

Includes sourcing, printing/embroidery, and quality check

Production time does not include shipping transit time. Once an order ships, standard shipping typically

takes 3-7 business days depending on destination.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped with tracking via UPS or USPS. Customers receive tracking information via email

once their order ships. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customer CommunicationCustomers are welcome and encouraged to contact Chapter Clothing Co. at any time with questions

about their order status, production timeline, or any concerns. We maintain multiple open communication

channels and respond to all inquiries promptly. Contacting us is never "prohibited" and we actively

encourage customers to reach out with any questions or concerns before taking other action.

Terms Acknowledgment at Checkout

All customers are required to acknowledge and agree to our terms — including the 8-10 week

estimated production timeline — before completing their purchase. This is implemented as a

mandatory checkbox at checkout. The checkout process will not allow a customer to place an order

without checking this box. This ensures every customer is fully informed of the expected production

timeline before they are charged.

The 8-10 week production time is an estimate. While we strive to fulfill orders within this window, actual

production times may vary. By agreeing to our terms, customers acknowledge that their order is custom

manufactured and that production takes time.

Refund & Dispute Resolution

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If a customer has any issue with their order, we ask that they

contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. Because all items are custom produced, we

encourage customers to allow the full 8-10 week production and shipping window before raising concerns

about delivery.
